NSW Motor Accidents Authority: Arrive alive

Arrive alive – that’s the message the NSW Motor Accidents Authority (MAA) wants to send to young people in NSW as major sponsor of NSW Law Week 2010.

NSW Law Week provides young people with the opportunity to ‘learn about their rights’ and discuss legal issues that impact on their lives.

The MAA values the contribution of young people and wants to ensure we all have the benefit of their creativity and innovation for many years to come.

Arrive alive is their youth brand. It raises awareness of the value of life and importance of ensuring young people have the chance to make the most of what life brings.

This year high school students across NSW will debate the number of passengers P plate drivers should be able to have in their car.

So check out  www.Arrivealive.com.au for NSW Law Week news and much more!

Why Should I?

A Fun Way to Learn About the Law (2ed)

Rules of the road, divorce, crimes and neighbourhood disputes are among the many aspects of our legal system that touch upon the everyday lives of Australian children and their parents - either directly or indirectly through the media.

Why Should I? makes use of cartoons, humour and group exercises to encourage primary school children to read about the law and to research it further through their school library, the Internet or by asking their parents. Available online or in hard copy.
