Far North Coast Law Society

The Far North Coast Law Society is celebrating Law Week this year by focusing on educating local primary school children about the law and how it affects them specifically. Our local solicitors will also be launching their brand new website www.farnorthcoastlawyers.com.au. We would love for you to join us at 4:30 for 5:00pm on Wednesday 19 May for the launch. The launch will be held at Cafe 29, Riverside Suites, corner Fawcett and Cherry Streets, Ballina. It will be an opportunity to see the website working first hand, interview FNCLS members and take some photos. If you would like to attend, can you please RSVP to me for catering purposes via email media@farnorthcoastlawyers.com.au or phone 0421 455 753.

Why Should I?

A Fun Way to Learn About the Law (2ed)

Rules of the road, divorce, crimes and neighbourhood disputes are among the many aspects of our legal system that touch upon the everyday lives of Australian children and their parents - either directly or indirectly through the media.

Why Should I? makes use of cartoons, humour and group exercises to encourage primary school children to read about the law and to research it further through their school library, the Internet or by asking their parents. Available online or in hard copy.
